Brief: Wireframes of the Virgin Money banking app for ISO. Create user journeys and wireframes of the app for the welcome experience, passcode security journeys, login process, balance dashboard, move money, offers, weekly updates, contact details, error messages etc. User journey creation of activation process, registration process, and login process.
Challenges and achievements: Inherited legacy work which was very unorganised and haphazard revisited users' research from scratch and found out user needs before I laid them out into user journeys.
The stakeholders required user journeys that demonstrated screenshots as steps in the journey. Had to be very organised and meticulous with version control. Provided in-depth annotation for developer's convenience.
