HSBC UAE application user journey analysis

This is an analysis of the application process for HSBC UAE prospective customers looking to open a bank account or a credit card account. After studying 20 different user journeys various recommendation were made in this report for quick wins. However, in order for a strategic fix, it was agreed that a lot of redesign work is required in the long term.
